MAS Certification
The MAS Certification is a certification scheme aimed at the development of sustainable buildings in Uruguay. This project offers high standards of energy efficiency, water savings, indoor well-being, among other attributes that benefit occupants and have an efficient and environmentally respectful design and construction process.
LSQA has developed this innovation ecosystem to promote sustainability in business areas relevant to the country. The MAS Certification is a validated, comparable, and measurable methodological framework based on international standards adapted to local reality to achieve more sustainable projects. Certification is aimed at real estate developers, construction and service companies, public entities, construction professionals, and society in general.
