IdeaR Sustainability
Altus has an exclusive Sustainability Practices Registry chapter with DERES and the IdeaR Sustainability program. Practices demonstrating results at different impact levels and their management can be registered. Intrinsic elements supporting the recognized practice should be evident.
Prerequisites for Applying to the Registry
Altus considers complementary criteria to those applied by DERES for the evaluation and decision of practice recognition. In general, the practice must contribute to at least one of the Dimensions (Environmental, Social, Governance) and fall under one of the following themes within each dimension:
- compliance or
- advanced compliance
